ASG 65603 ESD-Safe Value Lever Start DC Electric Torque Driver With 1/4 Hex Drive

The ASG 65603 is a Series TL low voltage dc screwdriver with a maximum speed of 1000. The Model TL-3000ESD are Value Engineered DC Drivers from ASG. The TL-3000ESD automatically stops when pre-set torque is reached. The TL-3000ESD has a balanced ergonomic design, is double insulated and has reduced vibration and noise. These lever start drivers have a 1/4" hex. drive and a torque range of 0.25-4.0 lbf/in (pounds of force per inch). Each driver comes with two torque spring types which are color coded, a gold (light) and a red (heavy). The approximate RPM for the TL-3000ESD is 1000 @ 30VDC. The TL-3000ESD has a 1 1/8" diameter body, is 8" long and weighs only 11.5 oz. All ASG DC Electric Drivers require a Power Pack and the TL-3000ESD works great with either the ASG-50, PS-55C or the PS-55. The TL-3000ESD is ESD safe with a surface resistivity between 10 to the fourth and 10 to the fifth ohms.
